Shipping Information

USPS - $9 flat rate for all domestic orders place within the US.

After your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping and tracking information.

The processing time for orders is  1-3 days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-4 days. Please keep in mind of delays during the holidays, as these times can extend. 

*Please note if you have ordered a KUSTOM KLUTCH Krossbody and/or Klutch your order will take longer due to production time. Production time is currently 2-5 days.

*At this time, we only ship within the United States.

*Please only submit residential or commercial addresses, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Returns & Exchanges

Not happy with your order? No problem! We understand.

• All returned items are eligible for store credit.

• All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages sent to us.

• Damages must be reported to info@liveonthenines.com within 3 days of receiving merchandise in order to receive store credit.

• We currently do not offer exchanges due to limited inventory and cannot guarantee that any item will still be in stock when the return reaches us.

• Returns must be received unwashed, unworn, and stain/odor free.

• Shoes must show no scuffs or sign of wear to the bottom, and returned in original box.

• Items must be in new condition with the original tags still attached.

• Please note, there are no returns on jewelry or hats.
